Thank you for your purchase from P4P Therapeutics LTD. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Our products can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product, or an unsatisfactory product, may be either exchanged for another product or returned for a refund, at the customer’s option.

GENERAL REFUNDS:

P4P Therapeutics LTD offers a 30-day, 100% satisfaction guarantee for our products. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, within 14 days of the original purchase you may return the unused portion for a full refund, less any shipping charges. To request a refund, please contact our customer care at [email protected] with “Refund” in the subject line.

SHIPPING DAMAGE:

We take customer satisfaction very seriously. All of our products are tested for quality. All shipments are inspected before leaving our warehouse.
Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within 72 hours of receipt of your package. Please contact us at [email protected] and provide detailed information within that time about how your product was damaged during shipping (including photos, order and tracking numbers).

CANCELLATIONS:

If you wish to cancel your order, please call our Customer Service at 800-563-8309. Your cancellation must be made before your order ships. If the product has not shipped, a refund will be issued by the same method of payment through the order was originally charged.

If a cancellation is placed after the order shipped, it is up to the customer to refuse the unopened package or send the unopened package back. Once the package is returned, a full refund will be issued, less shipping costs. We do our best to process all cancellation refunds within five business days.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time. Once a package has been opened, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. At that point, our standard returns policy applies.
